His deep curiosity for everything metaphysics translates to driving him to the best role model he can be. He doesn’t just want to create, he wants to leave an impact in whatever situation he is in. Whether it’s a conversation with a stranger, or a huge UX project.

Early Days

From a very young age, there was a spirit of entrepreneurism ingrained in him. At age 6, he rounded up his unwanted shoes in his closet and setup a sales kiosk in his neighborhood to make money. His mother of course told him to put the kiosk away with a chuckle each time.

To put it simply — Kevin is just wildly, insatiably curious. From a very young age of 10 years old, he was tinkering with HTML/JS, graphic design, creating music.. anything that had to with, well — creating.

By the time he was 12, he was so frustrated with the low allowance he was receiving from his parents that he started a ecommerce video game mod business. He setup a PO Box, collected payment from clients all over the country via a website he created, and learned homebrew technology to earn his keep.

2008 — Present

Between the ages of 16-23, Kevin was a top fully commissioned sales person in each industry he was in. He sold in a fully commissioned TV retail sales environment, consistently reaching top in sales in a company of around 200 sales people. He entered into an account executive role with a real estate tech company eventually, cold calling his way into breaking the company record for sales in a quarter and month. The company also took his marketing advice and allowed him to simultaneously create marketing pieces & help with UX design in a dynamic role created just for him.

By age 25, Kevin entered became a real estate broker and for many years was a top producing agent. Using his UX design skills, sales skills, administrative skills — he has been able to curate a seamless process for his clients that most agents just don’t have the skills (or time) to do.

In 2016, he started Vanity Geeks, a multi-faceted agency that helps real estate agents with web design, SEO, automating workflows, and more. It’s truly his passion project because it’s an avenue that allows him to use all of his skills — UX, sales, coding, marketing, and graphic design.

In his free time, Kevin loves creative writing on his Medium, producing music, creating automation videos on his viral TikTok account, and also volunteering at TheTeenProject, an organization that is working towards ending human trafficking — one of Kevin’s life passions.
